Got a lot to sell? Ask about selling at multiple stores!
When you set up your stall, ask about selling at other shops. We can take your goods between shops and help with setting up your stall.

Important information to get you started selling!

The very first step
All goods should be registered in advance through your 'My Re:Circle' profile. Either log on through our website (recicle.nz) from your PC or phone, or download the app for iPhone or Android. Items must be registered with a detailed item description including colour, brand, characteristics, size, and price. For example Grey jersey with Levis logo, size M, $12.50. The product description is important for the employees at the counter to avoid fraud with the exchange of price tags. Once the stand has been booked and paid for, the goods can be set up on the stand no later than 1 hour before closing time on the first day of your rental period. If you have not set up your goods before closing time on the first rental day in the period, Re:Circle can, without notice, rent out the stand to another party without a refund. For any special agreements, please email stand@recircle.nz. It is not permitted to add your own signs, add stickers (other than Re:Circle printed price labels), or attach things to the stand. For clothes hangers, you must use those provided by us - you can't use your own. Under no circumstances is it allowed to place goods outside your own stand, unless otherwise agreed with the staff - Any items left outside your stand will immediately be removed without notice. Food, groceries, alcohol, wapes and accessories, tobacco, weapons, whiteware, large furniture, illegal copies, porn, dangerous liquids, and materials may not be sold. Any sharp objects such as knives must not be on the stand but must be displayed in our glass cabinets. We reserve the right to remove items if we deem them inappropriate or offensive. It is not permitted to place business cards or other marketing on the stands.
The tidiness and presentation of your stand
In order for you to sell well, your stand should be clear and tidy, which you are responsible for. You are welcome to add new items throughout your rental period. That is why we would like you to visit our stand at least once a week.Your items must be in good condition – they must be clean, odor-free, and without defects such as holes, damage, etc. If your goods have a minor, unimportant defect, this must be clearly stated on the price tag with the barcode. Think about whether you would buy the item you are selling in the condition it is. DO NOT overcrowd the stand. There must be room to look through the clothes on the hanger bar, so do not hang the clothes too tightly. There is room for max. 30 hangers on a clothes stand, and 15 hangers on a combination stand.
At the same time, there must be plenty of space between the items on the shelves, the items on the top shelf must not be larger than the shelf and have a maximum height of 40 cm. so that customers can get an overview. If we judge that you overcrowd your stand or do not clean up after 2 reminders, we reserve the right to charge to remove the goods. Feel free to color coordinate your things - this really catches the customers' attention and makes your stand look great. Set up baskets or boxes for small items so that the stand is easy to see for the buyers. Remember that you must not stick notes etc. other things on the baskets, and all the things must still be labeled with prices. If you find that a stand is a mess, there are items lying on the floor, or something else about another stand than your own, you are very welcome to clean it up yourself, but please make the staff in the store aware of this. Items should always be put back at the right stand (see Re:Circle label for stand number) or returned to the shop so we can place it with the right owner.
Exclusive and high value items
You must be able to provide proof of authenticity of exclusive items. If there is any doubt, it is your duty as the seller to be able to present proof of authenticity or proof of purchase to the store's staff so that we can verify it for the customer. If doubts arise after purchase and you, as the seller, cannot provide proof of authenticity, the customer has the right to return the item and you will not get paid for the sale of the item and charged an administration fee.

Right of withdrawal and complaint

Paid stand rent is not refunded.
All goods sold are purchased as used and as is by the owner. There is therefore no right of return on purchased items and Re:Circle can't be held liable for any sales.
Items without a price tag
If an item loses its price tap or appears int he store after the stall rental has ended, it will be placed on the 'lost and found' stand. It is therefore sensible to keep a eye on whether you can rcognise you items on the stand - even after the rental perion has ended. Items without a price tag store in the store for 14 days, after which they become the property of Re:Circle and may be donated, sold or disposed of at our discretion.
Theft and vandalisim
We report shoplifting and the exchange of price tags to the police. Exchanging price tags is categorised as fraud. However, we at Re:Circle can't be held responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged items. This is also why Re:Circle is not liable for compensation in the event of theft, vandalism, burglary, accidents, storm, fire, or any other events. We cannot be allowed to insure the belongings of private individuals. In these cases, you as a customer are normally covered by your contents insurance - contact your insurance company for more information. However, be aware that most have a deductible.
Payment and settlement
Payment is made to the stated account at 'My Re:Circle'. Twice a month we transfer your receivables to your bank account. - The sale from 1.-15. is paid out on the 30th of the month in question.- The sale from 16-31. will be paid on the 15th of the following month. For security reasons, we do not store cash in the business and therefore do not pay out in cash after the end of the rental period. It should also be noted that they may not appear in your account ultion2-3 days after the transfer date. If the payment date is not on a bank day, the money will be deposited on the next bank day.
Emptying the stand
You must ensure that you empty your stand at the end of your rental period. Remember to extend in advance if you wish to do so. This ensures that your stand is not rented out to a new customer. Once this has happened, our staff can do nothing and the stand must be emptied on time. The stand must be emptied no later than 2 hours before closing time on the last day of the rental period. You must remember to bring ID, and you are responsible for emptying the stand yourself. Remember to look for your goods in glass cases, on the themed tables, and the "Lost and Found" area. REMEMBER that you must not pack down the stand before the staff has been down and checked the stand. It is important that all price tags and anti-theft devices remain on the goods when the stand is emptied, as goods without price tags may not be taken out of the store. If someone else is to empty the stand for you, you must make sure to inform the staff beforehand and they need to provide verified ID. If the stand is not emptied in time, the rental period is automatically extended by one week, and payment for additional rent is charged here. If the stand is booked elsewhere, it will be packed by the staff, which will incur an administration fee. If you cannot collect your things in time, you can, by agreement, order unpacking for a small fee. Lease extensions and shutdowns will be offset against your total sales or charged at the store. In case of removal, items will be stored for one week, after which they will belong to Re:Circle. You will not get paid for those items and they can only be collected within the week once any outstanding on your account is settled.
