Below you will find answers to all your questions about Re:Cicle, your sale, payment, our system, extensions, discounts and stand rent.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY FROM THE ACCOUNT?
It is automatically transferred to your account on the 15th of the month in question and on the 30th/31st. – depending on which day is the last of the month.However, be aware that it may take 1-3 banking days before your own bank has registered the transfer. At the same time, there may be a delay in receiving funds from your bank if the payment date falls on a weekend or a public holiday.
Remember that, as always, we have a 2-week window for the payment, i.e. your sales from the 1st-15th will only be paid out on the 30th/31st and sales from 16-30/31. is paid out on the following 15 (or the following bank day)

HOW DO I MAKE USE OF THE STUDENT DISCOUNT?
If you are a student and would like to use the 20%, it requires the presentation of a valid student card. Therefore, you must book in the physical store..

Reach out to the staff in store right away and we will be ready to take a look at your stand for suggestions for improvement.
YOU CAN DO THIS YOURSELF:
▶ CONSIDER WHETHER YOUR PRICES ARE SET TOO HIGH.
A rule of thumb is to set the prices for your goods as follows: Items from medium-priced brands or goods from more expensive brands with visible wear and tear: 60% of the new price. Items from expensive brands with minimal visible wear and tear: 40% of the new price.

▶ MAKE SURE TO MAKE CONTINUOUS STAND BEARINGColor coordinate the stand, place larger items at the top of the stand to catch the eye and make sure the stand is neat and tidy.
▶ MARKET YOUR STAND ON YOUR OWN SOCIAL MEDIAOn Re:Circle channels, we do our best to market the store in general, so that it attracts customers for a wonderful shopping experience and a distination to spend time searching for goods they love. You can highlight your stand and increase sales by visiting the store and creating stories items from your stand. Remember to mention your price and stand number.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T FIND A PRODUCT AT MY STAND?
Since we get a lot of customers through the store in one day, it sometimes happens that they put the goods back on the wrong stands. We regularly tidy up the store and clean up the stands, and therefore your goods usually naturally find their way back to their place again.
If this does not happen, you are very welcome to send us an email on info@recircle.nz and make us aware of it, and can look for the goods. Keep in mind that we can have more than 50,000 items in stock at any time, so it may take us a little time to locate your item. If the item doesn't show up, it may have been stolen without us seeing it. We therefore always recommend that you set add an alarm on your items that you can't risk losing. Re:Circle can't legally insure your goods and we can't take any responsibility for lost or broken items. This is done through your own contents insurance - and it is therefore an insurance matter between you and your insurance company. If theft is noticed, it will be investigated more closely through our surveillance. If we discover items being stolen, it is reported to the police.
CAN YOU CHOOSE A SPECIFIC STAND YOURSELF?
Unfortunately not. It is the system that chooses which stand is available on the day you start up. This is to ensure that we are always as fully booked as possible.
In addition, you must be aware that the stand you are first assigned to in the system can be changed until the day you start.

WHERE DO I ENTER MY ITEMS?
You do this during the booking on your 'My Re:Circle' profile.
You go to the menu then 'bookings' -> Select the booking you need -> Press add item.

CAN I COLLECT MY PRICE TAGS EARLY?
You can easily pick up tags and strips before your booking starts, but the labels for your items can only be printed on the day you start as they will need to have your stand number printed on them.
CAN I EXTEND MY STAND?
Yes, no problem of course - as long as there are free stands in the store, it is possible to extend. This can be done online under your in person or by contacting the shop.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO EXTEND MY STAND?
We recommend that you extend at least a week in advance, however, the sooner the better

CAN I PUT A DISCOUNT ON THE STAND?
Yes you can - you can discount all items on your stand by 25%, 50%, or 75%
You request this on 'My Re:Circle' under bookings -> Select your stand -> Press Discount -> Select how much discount you would like to offer.
The shop will then receive a reminder that you have requested discounting the items on your stand

CAN INDIVIDUAL ITEMS BE DISCOUNTED AT THE STAND?
Unfortunately, no.
When a discount id added to your items on the stand, it is on all the items belonging to that stand number. The only way to change this is by changing individual prices on your items, either by in or decreasing your price on those items.
